Road Report

The City of Nampa posts a weekly Road Report that includes information about local streets and lane closures.
It is usually posted by Friday for the following Monday. 
We also post the report on Nextdoor.com and the city’s Facebook page.

Road Report for Monday, October 23, 2017

Current Road Closures in Nampa City

Iowa Avenue will be closed on Elder Street for installation of underground utilities and widening the of the road . Limited access to local traffic only. Estimated completion: Late November

Elder Street will be closed to through traffic between Amity Avenue and Clark Avenue for installation of underground utilities. Traffic in this area should use Fern Street as a detour. Estimated completion: Late November

Dakota Avenue will be closed on Florence Street for installation of underground utilities. Limited access to local traffic only. Estimated completion: Late October

Industrial Road will be closed to through traffic between Franklin Boulevard and 11th Avenue North, and 11th Avenue North will be closed to through traffic between Stampede Drive and Comstock Avenue for a road rebuild project. Traffic in this area should use Franklin Boulevard as a detour. Estimated completion date: Mid-November

Lake Lowell Avenue will be closed to through traffic between Middleton Road and Midway Road for installation of underground utilities . Traffic in this area should use Roosevelt Avenue as a detour. Estimated completion: Late October

1st Street South will be closed to through traffic between 20th Avenue South and 21st Avenue South to replace storm drain lines and install catch basin. Traffic in this area should use 2nd Street South as a detour. Estimated completion: Late October

24th Avenue South will be closed to through traffic between 2nd  Street South and 3rd Street South to replace storm drain lines and install catch basin. Traffic in this area should use 23rd Avenue South as a detour. Estimated completion: Late October

Elder St will be closed to through traffic between 8th Street South and Roosevelt Avenue to replace storm drain lines and install catch basin. Traffic in this area should use 8th Street South as a detour. Estimated completion: Late October

7th Street South will be closed to through traffic between 19th Avenue South and Roosevelt Avenue to replace storm drain lines and install catch basin. Traffic in this area should use 19th Avenue South as a detour. Estimated completion: Late October

Current pathway closures in Nampa city

Wilson Pathway will be closed to pedestrian traffic  from approximately 700 feet south of Lake Lowell Avenue to approximately 600 feet west of Midland Boulevard for a city pedestrian crossing improvements project. Pedestrian traffic in this area should use indicated detours. Vehicle traffic in this area will be minimally affected. Estimated completion date: Late Fall.
